BLANK KOMIX
Ken Jackson is the founder and now the owner of Blank Komix.
Blank Komix began as an avant-garde graffiti crew inspired by Jean-Michel Basquiat, Marcel Duchamp, and Baroness Elsa von Freytag-Loringhaven. From the onset, they used bathroom stalls and vacant walls to distribute their material, wrought with dark humor and satire. They also went a more traditional route with sequential art by publishing their own line of comic books.
Ken Jackson wears all hats in Blank Komix Syndicate. 2016-2017, they launched a guerilla art show on the streets of Burbank. Upon returning to Michigan, Ken Jackson began publishing the semi-autobiographical series, "The Dream" in Detroit Socialist's comics page.
